Had a wonderful time yesterday touring Hershey's Lancaster Beef's beautiful farm where we source the majority of our grass, barley, and corn-fed beef. We showcase their product every day via our New York Strip Steak, PA Proud Burger, and Prime Rib. Seth, a fourth-generation farmer, and owner of Hershey Lancaster Beef educated us on the Angus cattle acquisition process, feeding process, environmental sustainability efforts, and much more!

Plastic straws harm our ocean and sea life. Because of this, we will only be offering paper straws upon request. The paper straws we have chosen are manufactured by Aardvark in the USA with 100% compostable, marine degradable, and FDA approved materials.

Our mission is to extend our hospitality from the unique products you know from our restaurant to your kitchen cabinet. Our catalog will only consist of products we make in-house and partners that service products in our restaurant allowing you to experience their product to it's full potential. Currently, we are undergoing construction of a bakery which will service our restaurants and online store with speciality dessert & pastry products.
