For the past decade, we have worked closely with Pumpkin Hill Produce, a local farm headed by Harry Roinick in Wapwallopen, PA.
Mr. Roinick has provided superior produce to the Ovalon, Connor's Grillroom, and the Powerhouse Eatery throughout the years and works closely with our chefs to deliver seasonal and locally inspired dishes. Every week throughout the summer we personally send our truck to Pumpkin Hill Produce and purchase seasonally available ingredients to integrate into our classic dishes and create seasonally appropriate specials.
